Papers must be formatted in PDF according to the IEEE two-column format for conference proceedings and submitted through EasyChair, http://www.easychair.org/. The direct link for paper submission is https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=bigcomp2017. Papers can be either regular or short papers, where regular papers are limited to 8 pages and short ones to 4 pages.
When uploading camera-ready version of your paper and the signed copyright form below, use the “Add or update files” menu at the top-right corner of the “information” part of your submission in Easychair. Both the paper and the copyright form should be finally formatted to PDF before submission.

IEEE Copyright Form Submission Instructions:
Along with the final camera ready paper, the authors also need to submit a signed IEEE copyright form.
Fill out the form (Word, or PDF), sign it, then convert to PDF.
